This week I wanted to tell you about the Earth Star chakra – the chakra that drives your life potential – and provide a meditation to help you resonate with this very special chakra so you can see how it feels to you. In last week’s blog we gave you 7 simple steps to help you achieve your life’s potential. Including by identifying your life goals, 2022 goals and priority 2022 actions. Meditating on the Earth Star chakra and checking that it is unblocked is a brilliant next step to unlocking your life potential.
Many teachers work with 7 chakras, they are all extremely important and we will talk about them in the coming weeks. There are actually many more chakras but there are two additional chakras I like to use that are also incredibly powerful. I will deal with all 9 over the next few weeks.
What is The Earth Star Chakra and What Does It Do?
The Earth Star chakra is located beneath your feet, about 30cm beneath the Earth. By using this meditation to spread our roots out into the Earth, we ground ourselves and connect ourselves to the physical world. Without being grounded in the physical world we cannot fulfill our true potential in this realm. The Earth Star chakra is protected by Archangel Sandolphon, if you resonate with angels you can call on Sandolphon for assistance in unblocking your Earth Star chakra.
What If My Earth Star Chakra is Blocked?
A blocked Earth Star chakra could lead to an inability to fulfill your dreams, hopes and wishes in this life. So this is a particularly important chakra to work on. The Earth Star chakra is the source of your interconnectedness to the world. This meditation will help you feel grounded and at one with all living beings. We start with the Earth Star chakra then work our way up the spine to different chakras. I will be providing meditations for the next chakras in the coming weeks.
Do Any Crystals Resonate With The Earth Star Chakra?
Absolutely! If you like to use crystals in your meditations the Earth Star resonates strongly with black obsidian and this is a very powerful healing crystal you can use to help you unlock your potential.
