Lightseeker’s Manual Visualisations: Week 4 – Finding Your Over-Lighting Masters

This week we are going to do a fabulous meditation to find your Over-Lighting Master. So, as you are aware this whole series of blogs is about the meditations from the “Lightseeker’s Manual” which is a wonderful little book that I have received messages from Source in, and there’s really powerful meditations. So we are going through each of the meditations and I am sharing them in this blog with a little bit of an introduction.

Who Are Over-Lighting Masters?

Now, Over-Lighting Masters, or Ascended Masters, are Wise human beings, that have lived on earth and have since passed over. Yes, there are a few Ascended Masters that are still walking the planet, really Wise beings of Pure Love, but mostly these are beings that have passed over to the other side.  They are great people, and if you have a belief system such as Islam or Christianity, or Buddhism or Hinduism, many of these Ascended Masters will be from your personal belief system, and it may be one of these that you really want to tap into. But, interestingly, do not be surprised if you are welcomed by an Ascended Master that is not from your own religion.  

Be Open to Whoever Joins You

I was actually quite surprised when I did this meditation originally, and the Ascended Master that wanted to work with me was one of the most surprising Ascended Masters that I could have imagined! But the journey that I had with that Ascended Master was very profound, was very deep. Each of the Ascended Masters have become known for a certain type of characteristic, or competence, or quality. Some are particularly Wise, some are particularly Loving and have this real Energy of Unconditional Love. Some are particularly profound at Healing. So, they each have their own special quality, and just be open to whoever comes to you!

Some Familiar Ascended Masters

Now, if you want a few ideas about different Ascended Masters that you could call on to support you, in your life’s work or in your life’s journey, then you will find examples in the Lightseeker’s Manual. You can also just Google, and there will be many sites about Ascended Masters.  But Ascended Masters include, for instance, Prophet Muhammad, Jesus, Buddha, Mahatma Gandhi, Florence Nightingale, Mary from the Bible, Nelson Mandela.  There are so many Ascended Masters from throughout history, and interestingly I do feel that whilst there are as many female as male Ascended Masters, because history has tended to be emphasising more the male leaders in the centuries that have happened, we probably are more familiar with the names of the male Ascended Masters, but there are just as many female Ascended Masters as well.

Drawn to a Greater Purpose

You may not have heard of the Ascended Master that comes to you in a meditation. This is normal. Also each person may receive the connection in a different way. You may see an image or hear a name, but you may just feel or receive a sensation. Go with whatever comes into your mind.

This is an experiment for you, you may want to repeat this meditation, or even repeat it a few times, until you feel a stronger connection.   Now, especially when we’re dedicated to something larger than our own personal growth, Ascended Masters want to work with us, just like the Archangels! They tend to step in whenever we ask for help, but also, they are lined up wanting to work with us, if we are focused on a Higher Good.

Many of us work in professions where we are giving, we are contributing to the world. It may be relatively small, it may be in our community, it may be at a global level. Just be aware there are Ascended Masters that want to work with you, there are Archangels that want to work with you. You are not alone, and drawing on all that Power, Energy, Wisdom can really help accelerate the contribution that you have, within your work, within your life, for your own growth, but also for the healing of the planet.

Really enjoy this meditation, as I say it is relatively short, but you can do it a number of times. Be open to whatever you get. If you want to extend the meditation just stay in it for longer with your eyes closed.
