Kinesiology and How To Tap into Your Bodies Innate Knowledge.
One of the things I want to do in these video blogs is share some other experts you can use to help you on your highest and wisest path. Today I wanted to discuss something called kinesiology. Kine – is energy, so what we are talking about is energy-science. Kinesiology works with the innate energy and wisdom of the body. It has some really massive physical and emotional impacts on your body. I studied kinesiology in my spare time and whilst I’ve never practiced professionally, I wanted to share some of the amazing insights I’ve learned with you. What Lipton argues is that your thoughts directly effect your body, negative thoughts can have a detrimental impact and that countering this with positive thoughts can have a profoundly positive impact on your life. Lipton works very closely with Lynne McTaggart who wrote the wonderful book: The Power of Eight which you can buy here. A globally recognized scientific authors McTaggart and Lipton recognise that we live in an energetic field where our auras interact with people, the planet and the universe. In terms of consciousness we’re able to change other people’s lives as well and you can bring collective consciousness together to change the world around us with the power of intention. We are talking here about things as profound as reducing the toxicity of lakes, changing the PH of water or even reducing the amount of dangerous crime in cities. Lynne has brought together evidence from leading universities to demonstrate this. I believe these books present amazing evidence for this! Lipton argues that one of the best ways you can have an effect on your own body is through kinesiology.
I go to a wonderful kinesiologist called Doddi, there is no intrusion required, you don’t need to cut into the body and if we can use techniques like this to tackle health problems before they start, we can hopefully reduce the need for more drastic conventional treatments further down the line (I certainly am not saying to avoid conventional medicine but rather, that these techniques can prevent more serious conditions manifesting). Mind and Body are More Closely Linked Then We Are Led to Believe
Kinesiology sees mind and body as connected so trying to tackle all aspects together, I find wonderfully beneficial. It accesses the energy field that goes beyond us and into the collective consciousness of the world. Intention is not about asking for a million pounds or an easy ride but it is trying to walk our highest and purest path. It ensures that you are flowing and that everything is happening not at the speed I would wish, but at the right time and right way that is required. Our time here on earth is about learning lessons not about easy rides. Kinesiology has helped me stay strong through various hardships and traumas and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
