Lightseeker’s Manual Visualisations: Week 16 – The Law of Attraction
Today we are going to do an amazing visualization around the Law of Attraction. So, attracting the most wonderful things into our life is very much linked to the Law of Manifestation, but also slightly different! Now, if you have been joining us on these weekly blogs, you will know that we are each week introducing one of the meditations from this amazing book the Lightseeker’s Manual. The Lightseeker’s Manual is based on messages I have been given from Source, and they are just uplifting!
Powerful Work within the Book
I find the messages and meditations really powerful. So I wanted to share them with you in these vlogs. Each meditation is unique and Powerful in its own way, but for the deepest experience it is great to invest the time in reading the book, as it is a guide, dedicated to high-speed acceleration of your spiritual development.
First, an Exercise!
Now, in terms of the Law of Attraction, there is actually two parts to this. So the first is an exercise and the second is the actual meditation. In the audio I read you the exercise and then the meditation. Here are the exercise steps:
“1. Write down the key events in your life along a timeline starting from when you were born until now.
2. Write down the emotions you felt at each time, if there were periods in your life when you felt a particular emotion write this down on the timeline too.
3. Now, see if there are any repeating patterns. Was there more than one event or time in your life when you felt rejected or a failure or victimised? Or perhaps you felt joyful, happy, loved!
4. Recognise the parts of yourself that hold some of these emotions. Own these parts of you, but know they are not you, they are lessons to be overcome or learned. If you have experienced much rejection become aware of the parts of you that reject yourself, that judge yourself as not being worthy or good enough. If there were times when you were happy and carefree become aware of how you felt about yourself at these points. Were you more loving or nurturing towards yourself? You experience externally what you create internally. It is now time to change your inner environment”.
Achieve a Deep Level of Healing
I have gone through much of the last 15 years of my life assuming that what I’m experiencing on the outside of me is a reflection of what I am experiencing on the inside of me. So, when I was getting a lot of toxic relationships in my life on the outside, I recognize that this was because I was not releasing all the toxicity inside of me. In particular I was not loving myself enough. I was not feeling lovable, I was not healing wounds of childhood challenges, and so I turned all that learning inwards and gave myself a lot of love and really tried to go deeply into my own healing Journey. And so now I feel I have achieved a very deep level of healing Within Myself, and that is reflected on the outside as well, with amazing relationships, empowering people in my life, empowering and uplifting experiences.
Every Day is a Miracle
In the attached audio it first goes through the exercise (written in this blog) feel free to stop the audio and give yourself time to do each part of the exercise. Then when you have finished the exercise, go into the meditation. Really enjoy this meditation, it is just great! You are going to meet some Amazing Ascended Masters – Jesus, Prophet Mohammed, Buddha and Ray o’ Light is. Ascended masters are not ‘owned’ by any single religion but each have evolved to high levels of spiritual evolution and can be called upon for the particular aspect of spirituality they are strongest in.
