Lightseeker’s Manual Visualisations: Week 3 – Meeting Your Animal Guides

This week we are going to do this fabulous meditation – it’s quite a short one. Again it is from the “Lightseeker’s Manual”, this beautiful little book which is full of messages that I’ve received from Source. Now today, we (or you!) are going to meet your animal guides!

What Are Animal Guides?

I did this meditation, or one very similar to it, years ago – decades ago! I wanted additional support in different areas of my life. If you have a strong connection with your pets for instance – you’ll know that animals can be quite profound in terms of the energy that they give to you. In this meditation we work with high and wise animal spirits. Different animals are associated with different characteristics and different ways of supporting you. So years ago, I was going through my journey at that time, and I asked animal guides to come and support me. I was really surprised by the animals that came.

Amazing Encounters

First of all came a wolf, and I said well, why are you here, what are you going to give me? And the wolf said that he was going support me with courage and strength. And then an eagle came into my meditation, and I said “Well why an eagle, what can you help me with?”. And the eagle said, “I will give you foresight and intelligence. I will augment your intelligence.”

A Surprising Blessing

And then the last animal that came in that particular meditation, was such a surprise, but has actually been one of the animals that has been with me on much of my life’s journey. That animal was a tortoise! And I said to the tortoise, “My gosh, you’re not the coolest animal, what are you going to give to me to support me in my life’s journey?” And the tortoise said, “I will give you perseverance and I will keep you grounded and I will never give up”.

Gifts that Keep on Giving!

I’ve written many books, I’ve written novels, I’ve gone through quite a challenging marriage and come out the other side. One of the things I have needed in terms of my strength, should we say, or characteristics, is perseverance – is to keep going and keep going and keep going! Many of us will know the story of the hare and tortoise. They were in a race, the hare was motoring on ahead, and the tortoise was really slow just taking its time – and we all know that the tortoise got there first. Perseverance is such an amazing gift!

Valuable Wisdom

I was later joined in a meditation by this amazing lion energy, and the lion energy has all of that courage and strength, but it also has a very strong characteristic of leadership. So for a couple of decades I’ve worked a lot with these animal spirits, just bringing them into my energy field, to give me extra of that characteristic. The connection has been really valuable at the times when I’ve called on it.

Support from the Wisest Guides

Don’t underestimate the power of these animal spirits. You may want a specific animal guide to support a particular area of your life, or you may just want to be open to whichever animals come into this meditation as your animal guides. Animals are precious, and in the 7th Dimension, they are wise. And I should say that in all of the meditations I do, we invite in only the Highest forms of these energies, only the Wisest, only those full of the Purest Love and dedicated to your absolute Highest Path. As we always set this intention you always only get the Highest and Wisest Guidance.
