Exploring Your Sacral Chakra

Each week I am taking you through a different chakra that I work with and today I’m very excited to guide you through the chakra that is the center of your creativity and sensuality. What is The Sacral Chakra and What Does it Do?

Now, this chakra is not just about sexuality and sensuality but about production more broadly. Manifesting what we want on the planet, creating new ideas and new experiences. It is the seat of many kinds of births and new beginnings. It is a really important chakra, because if this chakra is out of balance, we can have problems with impotence or sexual drive or even cancer. But it can also block our creativity and our ability to generate new ideas and experiences.

Can Blocked Chakras Effect Physical Health?

Working with chakras is so important because we can stop disease manifesting in the physical world by working on the blockages that appear first at an energetic level. Working on your aura or your energy field is just so important for your physical health. What Affirmations Are Linked To The Sacral Chakra?

The affirmation of this chakra in the seventh dimension is ‘I co-create with the Universe’, because in the seventh dimension you know you are one with ‘Source’, the divine, that is the source of all creation. In the fourth and fifth dimensions the respective affirmations are ‘I am flow’ and ‘I create my own reality’. The colour to resonate with in the seventh dimension is peach-gold and in the third, orange. There is also the naval chakra in this area, but working with the sacral will be enough to enable your Ascension.

What is The Goal of Ascension and What Does This Have To Do With Chakras?

When you enter on to a path of ascension you enter into a collaborative journey with the divine, we align with the pure goodness of the divine, whatever you call the divine, it/she/he is a being of pure love and is very powerful.
